I am here for YOU, and I will listen to your needs, empowering you to work towards achieving your own treatment goals during our time together.

I have worked as a clinical therapist conducting both individual and group psychotherapy in a psychiatric hospital and several treatment centers. I mostly utilize a humanistic approach in
sessions as I believe it is important to assist my clients with developing a capacity to utilize their intuition to heal, as well as create and maintain self-satisfaction. I am well-versed in
Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness-based stress reduction.

I am licensed with the state of California as an Associate Clinical Social Worker. I received my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California.

Through my own recovery journey, my ties to the challenges substance use disorders create allow me to turn empathy into change. I work to decrease stigmatization and provide my clients with the necessary tools to thrive in recovery.

When I’m not providing therapy, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, going to the beach, surfing, playing guitar, dancing, hiking, and petting every dog I come across. I look forward to
