Hi, I'm Ashley!

Hello, my name is Ashley Arnold and I am an associate clinical social worker with a master's degree in social work from the University of Tennessee. Taking the first step is always the hardest, and I am so glad you are here. I am dedicated and passionate about helping individuals and families find relief from their symptoms, and working in partnership to create a meaningful and fulfilling life.

I have training and experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Because I believe each person has a unique life experience and set of circumstances, I will use a person centered and individualized approach to your care.

I have experience working with teens, families, young adults, and adults who are experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, OCD, suicidal ideation, self harm, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, grief, trauma, and PTSD. We will work together as a team to help you start taking the steps towards your mental health and well-being goals. I will strive to make sure you feel supported, validated, and cared for while we are working together.

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy being outdoors hiking, camping, or kayaking. I am also passionate about animals and have two dogs and two cats of my own. I love to travel and experience new foods and cultures, and hope to never stop learning about all the world has to offer. I believe that every day we must make time to fulfill the physical, mental, emotional, and relational part of ourselves so that we can be truly present throughout our lives.
