Who We’re Looking For

Associate Therapists

We are accepting applications for Full-Time and Part-Time Associate Therapists (ASW, AMFT, APCC) who have at least 1 year of post-MA experience in providing psychotherapy and have active associate registration with the BBS.

We provide supervision for all associate therapists.

Licensed Therapists

We are seeking Licensed Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, and Licensed Psychologists) who are fully licensed in the State of CA for Part-Time (minimum 15 client hours) and Full-Time positions.

We are particularly interested in therapists with specialties in Couple Therapy, Christian Therapy, Eating Disorders, LGBTQ, Addiction, Pre-Marital Counseling, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Trauma, DBT, CBT, EMDR, Play Therapy, and Art Therapy.

Care Coordinators

We are always looking for Care Coordinators to assist in the administrative needs of the practice.

As the first impression new clients have of Abundance Therapy Center, these are critical positions that require compassion, understanding and knowledge of the mental health field.

Why Join Us?

You might wonder, what makes us stand out? Why do therapists want to join our team?

At Abundance Therapy Center, we value our team. We offer comprehensive administrative support and a robust benefits package for our Full-Time therapists. We provide both in-person and telehealth options, allowing our therapists to connect with clients in the most effective and convenient ways possible. This is a W2 Employee position, not an Independent Contractor position.

  • Support: Clinical work can be intense. We take on administrative tasks like sourcing, scheduling, billing, and more, so our therapists can focus on what they do best - therapy. I've been in their shoes, juggling both clinical and admin tasks, and I wanted to create an environment where they felt supported.

  • Diversity: Our team and clients come from all walks of life. Our mission statement resonates with many, emphasizing multicultural understanding and inclusivity.

  • Flexibility: Whether it's choosing office hours, working remotely via telehealth, or deciding on their client base, we offer our therapists the flexibility they need.

  • Continuous Learning: The field of therapy is ever-evolving. We ensure our team stays updated with ongoing training sessions.

Join us in making a difference in the lives of our clients and our community. If you align with our mission and values and are passionate about helping people, we would love to hear from you.
