Hi! I'm Masooda.

As a certified psychotherapist, I am passionate about helping individuals heal, live a purposeful life and become the best version of themselves. I believe that every individual has immense potential to overcome the obstacles that they Face.

I understand that life can sometimes get tough and drive people to the
verge of surrender. My experience has shown me that we all need an ally to help us walk down the healing journey. I employ a client-centered approach that respects client’s needs and enhances their growth and learning. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Trauma-informed approaches, which are dependent on the client’s needs. Most importantly, I create a calm, safe space to help my clients explore themselves freely and at a deeper level to find the core of their problems, working from the bottom up to live the life they desire.

In all my engagements, I seek to inspire my clients with hope,
confidence, self-motivation, and the courage to face their issues boldly to gain self-acceptance and feel empowered to address their challenges consciously and independently. Let us embark on this healing journey together.

Aside from being a therapist, I love spending time with my family, traveling, exploring nature, hiking, enjoying poetry, doing yoga, reading and listening to music.
