THERAPIST | AMFT #134925

Hi! I'm Jingbo.

I believe healing begins with being truly seen—without judgment, without rushing, and without needing to explain everything away. Many people grow up in homes without emotional safety, where their pain was unseen and their presence misunderstood. I am here to help you rediscover your voice, nurture your inner child, and move forward—not by forgetting the past, but by healing it with compassion and care.

My educational background includes a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Master’s in Early Childhood Education from California State University, Northridge (CSUN), as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. As a strength-based, attachment-informed developmental psychotherapist, I work with individuals, children, couples, and families facing a wide range of challenges—including trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar I and II, neurodivergence, OCD, ADHD, eating disorders, substance use, domestic violence, and relational strain. I have extensive experience supporting children with special needs and families navigating parenting, identity, and cultural transitions.

Being that I am a first-generation immigrant from Beijing, China, I understand the emotional and cultural complexities many people face. I provide therapy in both Mandarin and English, and I deeply honor the power of language in healing. Whether you are in a caregiving role, feeling alone in your relationships, or struggling to feel safe in your own mind, I am here to support your transformation. Together, we will explore early attachment, family dynamics, and the narratives that shaped you—and create space for emotional truth, connection, and resilience.  If you are ready to stop surviving and start healing, I would be honored to walk beside you.
