I am a compassionate marriage and family therapist who loves working with individuals, families, and children at every age and stage. Whether you are considering therapy for the very first time or returning after finding yourself looking for more support, taking this step often comes with a mix of courage, uncertainty, and hope, and I consider it an honor whenever I'm invited to be a support on that journey.

As a therapist, my intention is to create a space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. I approach therapy from a person-centered perspective, which means I value building a genuine, trusting therapeutic relationship above all else.

I incorporate cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based tools to help you better understand patterns, manage distress, and respond to life's challenges with more clarity, peace, and purpose. Whether you're navigating painful experiences, challenging emotions, relationship struggles, or simply trying to understand yourself more deeply, I will meet you where you are and move at a pace that feels right for you. With children and families, I utilize play therapy, sand tray interventions, and art and music therapy techniques to draw the family closer and help little ones navigate big feelings.

I have experience working with children, adults, and families, and I value being culturally attuned and respectful of my clients' unique background and identity. Together, we can explore relationship patterns, strengthen communication, and work toward your sense of wellness and well-being.
