My goal as a therapist is to help you reconnect with your inner self and create a supportive space where healing can begin. I believe therapy is a powerful opportunity to explore all parts of ourselves-the light and the shadow-with curiosity, honesty, and care.

I see the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative and essential part of the healing process. I strive to meet you where you are, offering a grounded presence rooted in empathy and honesty.

Together, we'll explore your strengths, identify triggers, and work through emotional barriers so you can move toward greater clarity and authenticity. And while the work can be deep, I believe in making space for compassionate humor-it's a powerful way to stay connected, lighten the load, and remind ourselves of our resilience.

I'm an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology, specializing in Child Studies, from Antioch University Los Angeles. During my practicum, I had the opportunity to work with teens, young adults, and their families as they navigated a range of emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy engaging in a variety of games-both tabletop and digital-as a way to unwind and stay mentally sharp. I'm passionate about creative writing, particularly in the fantasy and science fiction genres, and I also enjoy reading across a wide range of topics, from speculative fiction to psychology and history.
