I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master's degree in Counseling, specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have extensive experience working in residential treatment settings with adults managing co-occurring disorders, and I specialize in supporting clients experiencing trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, providing guidance and support tailored to each individual's unique needs and life circumstances.

I approach therapy with empathy and compassion, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and supported in their healing journey. I believe that every client has the capacity for growth, and I work collaboratively to help them build coping skills, process past experiences, and overcome challenges that may have been holding them back. My goal is to help clients gain insight, strengthen their relationships, and achieve meaningful, lasting change.

In my work, I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. This allows me to tailor interventions to the specific goals and needs of each client, whether the focus is on managing anxiety, addressing trauma, navigating relationship challenges, or fostering personal growth. I am passionate about helping clients develop tools to regulate their emotions, improve their self-esteem, and find a sense of balance and purpose in their lives.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading, going on adventures, spending quality time with my son, and practicing self-care by staying in and watching shows. These personal practices help me stay grounded and bring empathy, patience, and authenticity into my therapeutic work.
