HARLEE HALL, APCC
THERAPIST | APCC #17894
Hi I'm Harlee,
I am an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor with experience in neurodivergence, disability, LGBTQIA+, addiction, and Trauma. I have experience working with children, teenagers, and adults. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient programs focusing on supporting individuals, children, teenagers, and couples in dealing with neurodivergence, addiction, adjustment to disability, trauma, and other major life stressors.
I earned my degree at Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi and did my practicum with Dr. Graf who specialized in working with neurodivergence, anxiety, and learning disorders. During my time there I not only learned about symptoms and treatments for those disorders, I also learned about working with the LGBTQIA+ community and the importance of cross-cultural competence when working with neurodivergence and trauma.
Following my practicum, I worked in community support programs for low-income individuals and restorative justice programs. Both helped me develop a deep sense of compassion and the ability to hold space for more complex trauma and the long-term effects it can have.
I approach every client with understanding and compassion and use a mindfulness, CBT, ACT, MI, and psychotherapy to help each person work through their issues in a way that unique to them.
