Hi, I’m Danielle!
I am here to provide you with a safe space to listen and help guide you on your healing journey. I am passionate about serving communities of color and identify as multiracial. My goal is to provide you with coping skills and help you live the life you want to live. We can work together to help you get some relief and to overcome your challenges, increase your self- confidence and help you move forward in life. We can work together to help you feel more motivated and get past any barriers that are keeping you feeling stuck.
I am a proud member of the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde and understand how intergenerational trauma can affect us and how we can grow and heal. I have been trained in many Evidenced-Based Practices and modalities centered on bringing healing to those in need. I have experience in helping people manage anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, family/relationship conflicts, loss, stress, difficulty in school, work stressors and past trauma that may still be affecting you today.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have 10 years’ experience serving adults. I utilize an integrative approach based on individual unique needs and life experience.
My approach is psychodynamic; I utilize CBT, deep breathing techniques, incorporate, meditation and body movement as I believe emotional, mental, physical, spiritual are interconnected. I look forward to working with you and starting your journey to feel wholeness, feel reconnected to yourself, the world and bring meaning back to your life. You are worthy and deserving!
