Hello! I'm Grace,

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. Nice to meet you here. I know life can feel heavy, whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, tough relationships, or just feeling stuck. I believe we all need support sometimes, and I also believe you have a deep well of strength within you to get through it. My job isn't to have all the answers, but to walk alongside you and help you clear the path forward.

In my practice, I use a mix of tools tailored to your needs. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help identify and reshape unhelpful thinking and behavioral patterns. With kids, I love using Play, Art, and Sand Trays, as these are natural ways for them to express big feelings. I am also trained in Brainspotting, a brain-body therapy that bypasses the conscious, thinking part of our brain to work directly with the deeper, subcortical areas where trauma is stored. All of this is woven together with Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Existential, and Narrative approaches to create a therapy experience that is uniquely yours.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade in the marketing and startup world, so I deeply understand high-pressure environments and life transitions. If you're feeling overwhelmed or simply need a little support, I'm here to help you reconnect with your own peace and strength.

In my free time, I enjoy walking in nature, reading, running, volunteering, and playing with my daughters.
