RACHEL HALL, AMFT
THERAPIST | AMFT #153682
Hello! I'm Rachel,
As a 1.5 generation Taiwanese American, I understand how difficult it can be to feel truly seen, supported, and understood. My goal as a therapist is to create a space where you can bring your whole self, your stories, identities, and complexities, without fear or judgment. Together, we can explore the parts of yourself that have felt unseen or silenced in order to foster restoration and growth. My work is grounded in trauma-informed and holistic perspectives, recognizing that healing happens not only within ourselves mentally, but also somatically, and in relationship to others and the world around us. I approach therapy through an intersectional lens, honoring how systems of power, culture, and community shape our experiences of safety, identity, and belonging.
I earned my Master's in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, where I specialized in trauma. I have experience working with teenagers and adults, and I'm passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals and those navigating complex identities or life transitions. My therapeutic approach draws from relational, somatic, and narrative frameworks, emphasizing curiosity, compassion, and collaboration. I enjoy integrating different modalities like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Solution-Focused Therapy, Attachment theory, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, tailoring my work to each client to meet specific needs and goals. Together, we'll identify coping tools and strategies that align with who you are, helping you strengthen self-trust, build emotional awareness, and reconnect with your body's wisdom.
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy cooking, discovering new restaurants and cafes, traveling, and spending time with loved ones. I am very passionate about music and enjoy listening and creating. Self-care to me includes staying in and playing cozy games, going for walks, singing loudly in the car, and attending fun events or concerts.
It's a privilege to join you on your journey, and I look forward to supporting you as you reconnect with your resilience, authenticity, and sense of wholeness.
