I work best with clients who carry high stress, complicated family dynamics, and/or "build the plane as you fly it." If you've been trying to answer questions you never imagined asking yourself, I can provide the space and structure to process that.

I received my B.A. (Sociology) from Colorado College and my Master of Social Work from USC. I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) with a background in high-acuity work with adolescents (8-20) and families, especially with clients navigating complex trauma history, self-harm, family conflict, grief, and other co-occurring stressors. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, and my primary orientations include Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Family Systems Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. I'm versed in sociology, political science, critical race studies, and existential philosophy.

I see therapy as a collaborative space. Whether you're looking to learn new concepts, bounce ideas/interpretations, or engage in deeper processing, I'll encourage you to bring your lived experience, values, and goals into the heart of treatment. Healing has no timeline. Together, we'll shape a process that aims to provide clarity, validation, and empowerment.

I provide therapy for school-age children/teens (8-17), emerging adults (18-25), and young/early adulthood (26-39) navigating anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, grief, school/work stress, family conflict, and family-of-origin dynamics. Art-based interventions are available for clients who connect through creativity (supplies and storage provided).
