Welcome and I am so glad you are here. Moving through relational complexities of one's intersectional identity can require time, support, and compassion. You do not have to be alone in this process. As we get to know one another, we will cultivate a brave space to explore with curiosity and compassion. You will lead the way. I am here to remind you that abundant truths exist within your story. Your experience is non-linear, and there is fluid space for all of it to surface.

I graduated from UCLA with my Masters in Social Welfare with a concentration in Health and Mental Health across the LifeSpan. I've had experiences in community mental health and within an AAPI/multicultural non-profit serving children, teens, and adults focusing on depression, anxiety, trauma, acculturation, identity formation, and life transitions. I've utilized CBT, ACT, and mindfulness/somatic based techniques, using an integrated approach that is client-centered.

As we work together, I hope to support you in exploring your lived experiences, deepening your awareness of emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, and addressing external challenges with respect and without judgment. We will learn how to navigate the unknown by cultivating mindfulness, defining values, and figuring out how to align actions with the interest of your wellbeing and goals. My intention is to work with you to tap into the wisdom of your inner child to acknowledge the needs, wants, and understanding of your present self.

The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step. It would be an honor to sit with you.
