I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist based in Southern California, passionate about helping individuals and couples build stronger, more connected relationships. My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Attachment-Based Therapy, while integrating systems-based and strengths-focused approaches.

I have experience working with adults recovering from substance use and navigating the challenges of reentry and reintegration after major life transitions. Through this work, I developed a deep respect for the resilience of the human spirit and the capacity for growth even in the face of adversity. My clinical background also includes supporting individuals and couples in processing relational wounds, improving communication, and cultivating emotional safety.

Growing up and seeing firsthand the effects of estranged relationships within my family shaped my desire to understand how relationships can break down, and how they can heal. I carry this empathy and insight into my work, helping clients move from disconnection to understanding and from pain to purpose.

In the therapeutic space, I offer a warm, collaborative space where you feel both supported and challenged to grow. My approach is integrative and relational-drawing from CBT to help you reframe unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, strengths-focused intervention to help you identify inner resources and restore self-trust, and attachment-based principles to explore emotional needs that underlie relational dynamics.

Whether working with individuals or couples, I believe healing begins with understanding-and that every person carries within them the capacity to heal and reconnect. It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you embark on the journey of rediscovering connection, hope, and courage in your relationships with others and with yourself.
