Hi I’m Victor,
I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW) with a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Massachusetts Global and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of La Verne. I’m honored and ready to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing, growth, and living a more abundant and fulfilling life. Compassion, understanding, and creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel truly seen and supported is at the heart of my practice and my commitment to every client.
In therapy, I integrate varying modalities of evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) for a personalized, tailored approach. My work is centered around helping clients gain insight, develop practical coping tools, and to create lasting, meaningful change, in their lives.
My clinical experience includes working with male teens, young adults, adults in recovery, the LGBTQ community, and people with varying religious beliefs and backgrounds (especially those of the Christian faith) . I provide support for individuals navigating challenges such as grief and loss, trauma, guilt and shame, self-awareness and acceptance, and emotional dysregulation. I believe that these experiences, while difficult, can be powerful opportunities for transformation when approached with care and intentionality.
My goal is to help you uncover your inner strength, build healthier patterns, and move toward a life that aligns with your values and purpose. At the core of our work together is my belief in the healing power of connection, the importance of forgiveness (both of self and others), and the strength found in vulnerability.
