Jamie Bracco LMFT

Hi, I'm Jamie.

I am a compassionate, empathetic, non-judgmental therapist who works with children, teens, and adults who are facing a major life transition, relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, or self-defeating patterns of behavior.

My general approach to therapy is multi-disciplinary, combining psychodynamic techniques, attachment-based & trauma-informed therapy. I integrate mindfulness-informed practices to help you feel more present and connected to your mind and body, and to help you build greater acceptance and self-compassion.

Therapy is a collaborative process and my role is to empower you to achieve your goals. I have experience helping clients with concerns related to anxiety, depression/sadness, self-esteem, relationships, difficult transitions, grief, and trauma.

I received my master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles. My clinical training is in community mental health including a high school and elementary school-based program. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, watching movies, and playing tennis.
