I am an associate marriage and family therapist and associate professional clinical counselor.

Everyone deserves a space where they feel safe, supported, and empowered. As your therapist and collaborator in your process, I am here to walk alongside you. I will help shed light as you lead the way. You will not be alone in your journey.

I graduated from Cal State Fullerton with my Masters of Science in Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have years of experience working with children, adolescents, families, and the LGBTQ+ community, predominantly through community based mental health and nonprofits. My therapy style is eclectic (Person-Centered, expressive arts, play therapy, mindfulness, CBT, and DBT). I offer compassionate and trauma-informed care that is tailored to each client's unique experiences.

I approach therapy through an intersectional lens. I value creating a space that is inclusive- a space where all lived experiences, identities, and cultures can be celebrated and honored. I welcome LGBTQ+ and gender diverse clients into a space of affirmation and healing.

Outside of the therapy space, I enjoy trying out new coffee shops, reading, spending time outdoors, and going to Disneyland.
