Hi, I'm Shannon!

Hi, and welcome. I'm so glad you're here. My name is Shannon, and I am a therapist working in the Los Angeles area. However you envision your best self, I want to help you get there. Therapy can be scary, especially if you're just starting out or if you've had negative experiences before. My approach to therapy is to provide you with a safe space, and to allow you to take it from there; whether you would like the space to explore and to find yourself or if you would like to learn concrete tools to help you manage whatever it is you're going through, I want this space and this time to be yours. 

 

A little about me: I received my degree from Pepperdine University and have worked extensively with individuals with dual diagnoses, chronic mental health issues, community mental health, jail mental health, anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, behavioral health and cultural identity issues amongst many others. My passion is to empower others to be their best and most authentic selves while giving them tools to navigate the stresses of daily life. I spend my free time with loved ones, on my couch with a new book or travelling (pre-COVID times).

 

I look forward to getting to know you as we work together to achieve your goals. And again, welcome - I'm glad you're here.
