Hi, My Name is Holly,
Welcome to Abundance Therapy Center! I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW). I offer a warm, compassionate style with a strong focus on each client's unique needs. My goal is to guide and support you as you manage life's obstacles. I create a non-judgmental environment to assist you in exploring your past and current experiences and to guide you towards developing personal insight and healing.
My approach focuses on what makes an individual unique, identifying strengths through self-realization, and developing self-esteem while incorporating a blend of evidence-based techniques from psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, and motivational interviewing.
My experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults dealing with a range of personal obstacles, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting challenges, loss and bereavement, and life transitions.
I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from New York University and my Bachelor's in Psychology degree from Hunter College. I am currently working towards my independent licensure and developing my clinical skills in trauma-focused treatment.
I am dedicated to providing personalized, quality care to all of my clients in their journey towards personal growth and positive change. Hope to work with you!
